AirPods

My AirPods connect to my phone but not my Mac. My Mac is up to date, and I have made sure to disconnect them from my phone and turn the bluetooth off on my phone. I have gone through the steps on how to connect them to my Mac several of times but it does not work. All that it says is "connection failure" or it connects for 2 seconds and then disconnects. Please help. How do I connect them.

My airpods Pro connect fine with my iPhone 8 Plus, but when i try and connect them to my Macbook Pro, they connect for a second then disconnect; then when i try to connect them, it shows them loading as if they're trying to connect but they never end up doing so. The only way i can connect them to Macbook is if i Forget them on my iPhone, reset them, then pair them with my Macbook as if they were a new device. But should i not have to do that though? I'm pretty sure these airpods are recognizable on all icloud devices once they're paired, so why aren't they able to connect?

Have to keep connecting AirPods 2 Mac/iphone 11 I first connected my new airpods to my iphone using the button on the case. Connected fine. Whenever I go to use my airpods with my macbook pro, the only way to use them is to do a full connect process. Then if I go back to my iphone, it doesn't recognize the airpods and i have to start over. What am I missing?

AirPods won't stay connected to my MacBook My airpods wont stay connected to my MacBook but will work with my phone. If I try and reset them on both devices they still do not work with my laptop. How do I solve this problem without having to buy new AirPods? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
