I dropped my phone today and cannot use the numbers 123 which are part of my passcode all other numbers work how can I change that lock screen passcode in settings in Icloud to the numbers I can use until I can get it fixed???

my old iPhone xr was recently stolen and i considered it a lost so I change my password and logged off every account that used my Apple ID I recently got the phone back but some how they were able to put a code lock on my phone now I can't access it my iPhone was stolen but I recently got it back but the person set a screen lock on it some how. and before I got it back I reset my apple password and it logged me out of everything using my Apple ID how can I get this code of I even tried plugging it in my computer to restore it but it still ask for the code

but you may be able to restore it
