Apparently, I charge my iPhone with a Universal Travel Adapter since I'm on a different country and I realized that the travel adapter creates a buzzing sound once my iPhone is fully charged. Since I charge my phone overnight, should I be worried?

Some devices buzz audibly for whatever reason once the load goes down. Sounds like that's the case with yours. For example, my wife bought a Samsung power adapter, which is very quiet (pretty typical buzz heard if listening closely) when charging, but when just plugged in without a device it buzzes loudly. Usually this is just annoying.
