Is Maintain Cocktail good for the Mac or is there an alternative Apple product?

Cocktail doesn't do anything you cannot already do on your Mac. Run at the presets, it's OK but unnecessary. Cache cleaning is usually counterproductive as caches are built to help your Mac run faster.

Macs do not need cleaning, maintenance or antivirus programs.
I use a similar product, Mojave Cache Cleaner, which rubs on more than just Mojave & can test for Key Loggers also...
