I can’t add my phone number to my iMessage.
Its says can’t verify the phone number. I already contacted apple support and I found out that I created apple id from that phone number and i also requested to delete the apple id in privacy.apple.com . It’s says your account vll be delete in 7 days and it did work. Now that old apple id using my phone number is delete successfully but I can’t use my phone number in the iMessage it’s been 10 days still not working.

Did you follow instructions and sign out of iMessage, FaceTime and iCloud with that AppleID before you requested it be deleted?
I suspect you did not and that is your issue. That phone number is linked to your old AppleID and so cannot verify now since that AppleID has been deleted. Since you did not sign out beforehand you cannot sign out now so cannot associate that telephone with a new AppleID.
You will have to call Apple support and see if there is any way they can release that phone number from the iMessage system.
