Apple ID not updating apps

Everytime I try to download or update an app on my phone it asks for my finger print and when I have done that it asks for my password. When I have entered in my password it goes to my payment settings for my Apple ID, I have tried using information for different cards and every time it says that the card was declined. Can anyone help?

If you get no help, contact iTunes Store Support and explain your problem, filling out and sending them this form: iTunes Store – Contact Us – Apple Support
