Apple Music Subscription

My son lost his phone and couldn’t remember his Apple ID password when setting up his new phone. So now he has a new Apple ID. He subscribed to Apple Music with that lost Apple ID and we need to cancel it. How do we go about doing that since we don’t have his old Password?

The best way would be to recover the password:

Failing that, contact Apple:
