Wont install

I understood you have 2 issues:


1) update your device to the latest iOS version: You need an wifi connection with internet access. What happens when you try to update the device? What device model? Running what iOS version? If you can't update it wirelessly, do it using a computer with iTunes. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from your friends or ask for help at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider.


2) No service: Follow ALL the steps provided in this support guide:--> If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you get no help, have your iphone inspected at an Apple Store or AASP:--> Apple – Location Selector


If you meant something different, please better describe your issues.
