more than 1 esim

I have 1 physical SIM and one eSIM... can I add another eSim?

I know the phone is not smart and good enough to have more than 1 eSim... but will it be smart enough to keep the info for two eSims and only one enabled?

Only one eSIM in an iPhone.

The e stands for electronic.
