phone disabled

helping a coworker her phone disabled. cant log into itunes- they send a auth code to phone- phone disable so how to fix this for her?

I phone disabled Too many attempts with the wrong password Hello, my dad has tried putting his password in his phone too many times and he is in the hospital in another town the nurse says the phone display says the phone is disabled to login to iTunes. I don’t understand why she is getting a code to enter when trying to restore. Are you following these instructions?
