My keyboard stop working after update

Hello I updated my macbook pro from 10.13.5 to 10.13.6 from this file in apple download:

macOSUpd10.13.6

Now my usb keyboard no longer working in mac, it works when I want to log in and it works fine for other systems.

How can I solve it?

Have you done a PRAM reset, CMD+Option+p+r...

In fact, do 3 in a row, takes a bit of time.

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
