iMac upgrade causes Mac USB keyboard to stop working

My USB MAC keyboard will not work after 10.15.2 upgrade. I had to reset this one other time and it required a call to Apple (same thing happened after an upgrade). I can't remember what they did to fix it. Suggestions?

Edit - Boy, did I misread your Q! My puny brain saw "wireless keyboard" rather than USB.

Getting old is for the birds. 🤪

Disregard the remainder.

Start at System Preferences > Bluetooth

Select your keyboard in the Devices area and click the Ⓧ to remove it from the list.

Now you can proceed to re-pair your keyboard with the computer:

Set up your Apple wireless mouse, keyboard and trackpad.
