Sounds are not coming from iPhone speaker but from back of iPhone

Hello!

I encounter strange problem with my iPhone 7. I had problems with AirPods so I gave them to Ispot. After that I back to home. I wanted to play some music from my IPhone. Music started to playing and I had feeling like the music is quieter and not from speaker of iPhone. I tough that was just from short time of sleeping. Next day still same issue: Sounds are not coming from iPhone speaker but from back of iPhone. Sounds are also quieter during that. iPhone play music normal but I need to shake my phone for some time of normal sounds. It’s can be connected to broken AirPods?
