Power cycle/outage, now reboot of IMAC does not recognize wireless or wired keyboards to enter password

Before you tell me to do the SMC and PRAM resets. It doesn't work. I did the SMC reset and nothing changed. I can't possibly do the PRAM reset because you have to have access to a keyboard that is attached to the system to hold the buttons, which I can't.

The computer boots up to a log-in screen, the wireless track pad works. I have 2 different wireless keyboards that will not connect to the blue tooth, and I have a wired Corsair keyboard I just bought and when I plugged it in, the only keys that work are in the middle of the keyboard and it's only like 4 keys. I've changed the keyboard layouts from the top right of the screen and nothing works.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
