Hello, I have an iPhone that I bought from a friend and I went home and noticed this "Activation Lock" I tried numerous times to unlock and restore this phone and nothing worked, I've reached out to the friend from which I bought it from come to find out he doesn't use the email anymore now im stuck with a locked iPhone what should I do.

Seen this numerous times. Always check activation lock prior to purchasing any second hand device, even from your friends. If they do not know the iCloud account information, there is nothing Apple will do.

Return the phone and get your money back and then find better friends.
