Stand Feature not working since IOS 5.3

I saw something similar posted for IOS 5 ... I've downloaded 5.3 and everything works except the stand. Is there a hotfix coming for that?

I updated the phone software to 12.4. And my Apple watch software was updated to 5.3. I did a reset on the phone and on the watch. The problem remains. I then unpaired the watch and deleted the activity app and redownloaded it and re-paired the watch to the phone. the same problem exists. Movement and Exercize circles are working fine, Stand Circle stays at zero.

Make sure you updated your iPhone with IOS 12.4 update. If so, reset your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
