cannot turn on the wifi

I am not able to connect to Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi network Status: is "Off" and when I click on "Turn Wi-Fi On" it does not respond.

Hello,

Lets try resetting the iPad’s network system.

Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset network settings.
