Stuck on zoom

Ipad is stuck on zoom. Can't get screen to respond to tapping. Can't turn off. ICONs very large.

Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time (keep holding past swipe to shut down) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go.
