stuck in zoom
my iPhone 11 is stuck on the zoom screen. tried double tap with 3 fingers but doesn't work and can't restart phone either

you can't restart? How did you try?
Here are instructions on how to force reset an iPhone 11
- Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
