2-factor auth is broken. Approval window pops up and disappears almost immediately.

I turned 2-factor auth on because a friend tried to send me Apple cash. Now all of my Apple devices are going crazy. They keep telling me I need to approve from a trusted device. I have several devices and I've looked for an approval on all of them. At random times (not when I make the request), an approval window will pop up on my phone, but it disappears so quickly I can't click it. I don't know what's going on, but this definitely IS NOT WORKING correctly.

You have only 14 days to turn off 2FA which I'd recommend.

I've tried to turn it off. There is no option for it.
