This computer is not authorised to play...

I bought this album as you do. It got downloaded and everything but when it comes to track it won’t play it... it brings the message: this computer is not authorised to play.... would you like to authorise it? I put the Apple ID and Password, then authorise and I get a message that the computer has been previously authorised... song still doesn’t play.

Anyone there cane help please? It is really annoying.

Thanks Niel. I did that and also signed out from iTunes came back and it worked. Thanks again 👍🏼
