Probably not.
They'll run a diagnostic on it to see if there are any hardware problems. Then they'll at least look at the moisture detectors inside the SIM card slot. To get a trade in value it will need to be in good condition. Even if it's just the screen assembly damaged with no moisture detected and everything else good, they would probably require you replace the screen before accepting it for trade in. On a 6s Apple charges $149 plus tax in the United States for a screen replacement. The trade in value in the US is $100 if in perfect condition.
If it works for you, it might be worth just keeping it and repairing the screen assembly. I would recommend having Apple assess it.
