my wrist size is 220mm where can I find an Apple band that fits?

One contender would be https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MU9L2AM/A/44mm-black-sport-band-m-l-l-xl which is available in XL size range up to 245mm (first one I found so just an example). Hit that page and select your case size to see the length options, then browse around the other bands for any other styles you may wish to consider.

Finding the XL range online is a mixture of persistence and luck because there is no tool to search or filter the size. The only way is to open each band and look to see if the XL option is listed, and check the length. Not all styles and/or colour have an XL version.

Thank You Branta_uk....

Really helpful I visited the AppleStore in Amsterdam but they could not be bothered to help telling telling me they did not know and that I should use internet and look for a solution myself. Waste of time to get help there(they where too busy to talk to each other).

In the dutch version of apple store I could not find it looking for an oversized wristband and I must have missed it looking through the specs of the wristband.

So your reply is really helpfull I will purchase my Applewatch 4 without visiting the Applestore in Amsterdam.
