My wrist is 7 inches what size band should I order?

There are different types of band and measurement depending on the watch.

7 inches is 178mm which for the SE Sport Band is M/L but it is Medium for an Alpine Loop

For Solo loops you will find a downloadable and printable paper measuring strap to give you the size number

In Apple.com, go to the Buy section and when you get to the strap follow the fitting instructions.
