My Instagram,Facebook, and Messenger keep saying an error has occurred but I can’t figure out the error and it’s only on my phone I’ve done everything to fix it but I don’t know what’s wrong

I know it's not easy to contact them, but we can't help you since those are not Apple apps.
As a workaround, seeing similar posts in this forum, you could try to delete those apps then redownload/reinstall them from the AppStore, but I (not using those apps) can't garantee anything about the data related to those apps.
I would insist contacting their support teams and/or joining their forums.

If it happens only using the apps you listed, it sounds like you're having problem related to your account on those apps. I would contact the manufacturers support teams and ask them.

Yeah I’ve tried but I can’t get through to anyone directly that can help me if you have any numbers or other suggestions I’d love to try them
