Apple Itunes

I noticed I have been being charged for Apple iTunes and I do not even use iTunes and want to request a refund. Has anyone else had this problem before? It is showing up on my bank account the continuous charges but on my Apple ID account there are no charges coming up for iTunes. I'm very confused.

You've checked the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts you have linked to the card, and you don't have iCloud storage ? If you have, and haven't, contact the card issuer.
