No notification sound
i just bought it from apple store.Suddenly,I can not get any notification sound not from text messages but from phone call.My volume is all the way high.I tried to re set all setting still no results.

Do you get notifications from other apps? Is it just phone calls that you get no notification sound from?
1) Make sure you phone is not on silent, you can do this by sliding that switch on the side of your iPhone.
2) Make sure Do Not Disturb is off. You can do this by going to settings - Do Not Disturb - ensure it is turned off.
