Overcharged

Why am I getting charged for something by apple on just the 13th for something that renews monthly and was just charged again yesterday???? On my receipt it clearly states that it renews August 9th. This isn’t the first time this has happened. So what is going on? Why am I getting charged twice a month??

We are fellow users, we won't know what you are or aren't being charged for. If you think you've been charged twice for the same thing (I assume the first one didn't fail) contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
