iMovie Project Not Found

I just restarted iMovies 10.1.12 version with option and command key pressed and deleted preferences. I am not able to locate my project. Has all my work gone?

When you deleted preferences iMovie opened in a new blank library. Go to your Movies folder and reopen your old library to get back to your projects.

The Movies folder is at Go/Home/Movies.
