Exercise Ring Doesn't Match Exercise Completed

When I go to my Activity on my watch, the Exercise Ring shows 3/30min completed, but I just completed a 17 min walk (.71 miles) which shows up when I go to my phone and look at the details "workouts". why doesn't my rings reflect that?

Recalibrate your watch. If that doesn't help....Reset your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
