Exercise ring not matching with activity
I just recorded a 35 minute outdoor walk using my Apple Watch. It’s only showing 11 minutes completed on my exercise ring. How do I fix this issue?

Short version: walk faster.
You need to reach 75 - 80% of your maximum heart rate in order for the exercise ring to count it. On you next walk periodically check your heart rate.

Thank you! That makes sense! I was walking with my kids, so slower than normal! I’ll keep that in mind for next time lol
Okay, time for the kids to step up the pace.
Haha I’ll tell my 5 year old!
