I have a MacBook Pro 13 inch 2018 model running Mojave OS and photos on it I would like to copy some of these photos to a flash drive for my daughter. How do I go about it? What is the easiest and cleanest way to do this operation?

The easiest way to copy photos from Photos to an external storage device would be to have Photos open in one window and the external storage open in another window. Highlight all of the photos you wish to copy in Photos and click then drag then over to the external storage device.

Select the images in the Photos Window

Go File -> Export...
