Ask to buy not working iPhone 7

We added an iPhone on my sons account. The ask to buy worked once. It is no longer working. It is not sending a request to the parent phone. On the organizers phone it shows the iPad for my sons account but not the phone. Help!!!!

Request to buy isn’t working. Please can I receive some troubleshooting help I have an iPhone 14 which is linked to an old iPhone 8. I have recently connected the 14 to my daughters iPhone 10 and enabled the Ask To Buy feature. However each time my daughter asks to buy something, the request goes to my old iPhone 8 which doesn’t allow me to permit the request.

I have done everything suggested here and then some and still when she sends a request to buy something nothing is coming up. My daughter and I are having issues when she try’s to purchase. No notice or requests is coming up, used to then this happened once before and I undid everything and set everything back up and it worked again for a moment… now back to it not working. She has iPhone 11 and I have 12.

My ask to buy feature is not working for my parents phones, but it works on their iPad. How do I fix it? My ask to buy feature is supposed to send a request to my parents, but neither of them receive it. They both have their Apple IDs paired to all the accounts and everything looks like it should, but they still don’t get anything. How do I fix it?
