Hello guys my iPhone 8plus WiFi is grayed out, have tried all necessary options but not working, any other alternative please.
yes i have tried all these possibilities and didn’t workout, also did an update and it didn’t work too.
Is there anyway i can get in contact with Apple to find out if is a technical problem.
because is less than 4 months since I bought the phone.
You can make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store Genius Bar for an evaluation. They may want you to restore the device to factory conditions and set it up as new as a troubleshooting step.
Did you turn on airplane mode for 10 seconds and turn it back off? Did you go to settings>general>reset>and reset network settings> Did you make sure low power mode is off?
