My credit card keeps failing

Every time I want to download a game of the App Store, it takes me to a screen where it says that my credit card has failed and then I can’t download the game wether or not it’s free or not. All the bank details are correct and all subscriptions have been cancelled. I keep trying but I can’t get it too work.
