Can Fire tablet be a device

To add a device to the devices list on your Apple ID, it needs to be able to log in to iCloud for syncing services. Apple devices like an iPad, iPhone and Apple TV can do this, as well as Windows computers that are running iCloud for Windows.

However Android devices like the Fire Tablet cannot do this, so it cannot be added to the devices list.
