Cannot get mail pop3.live is not responding

I cannot get email, I have my email on My hp laptop as well as my iPad and iPhone, since Tues, August 1. I had to change my password and add a PIN number to my hp laptop for their security reasons, and since then I have not been able to access my email on my iPad and iPhone. It says that I must verify that I have entered correct account info in mail settings. Where do I get that info?

You get that info from your mail provider or look at their support site.
