Red flags by iPhone, Green flags by Mail from desktop

Hi there,

I have a doubt about the functionality of the flags with the mail apps by iPhone but also by Mac. When I set a flag by iPhone it is red, but when I try to do it from desktop it is green. So if I manage the post mail by both device I have more flags, red and green. How can I fix the problem? Is there a way to set the default flag by iPhone in green? And not red.
