I already use two iPhones 7 and 8.
if I will have an Apple Watch it could works with both phones at one time?

No, you can pair only it with one iPhone.

It’s a pity. I hoped that it works all the time like connected to WiFi and you can choose every time that you want to for ex call by watch the same like you can received call transferring from other iPhone.
