Refund for a non wanted subscription

Hi, I got the subscription page in the app “8fit” and pressed accidentally the home bottom and got billed for a subscription of $41.99, I contacted the app, and they told me to get in contact with apple directly, because I really need a refund, please help!! I completely didn’t want that subscription and even worst I got billed annually for that amount.
