hi my name is William im trying to figure out why I can’t connect to my personal hotspot on my iPhone to my computer every time I try it flashes blue but won’t connect properly can someone explain what I need to do to fix it my iPhone 6 is the version thanks William

You should contact your carrier as they are the ones that provide this with your phone data plan.

On your iPhone open Settings - General > Reset, then tap Reset Network Settings.

I did try that but hasn’t worked at all I contacted apple support and they think it’s the carrier but still stuck on what else to do
