I keep getting the alert “your Apple ID has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes anytime I try to download an app or update one. I’ve tried everything. What should I do?

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
