Apple ID is Disabled

When I try to download/update an app, or download previously purchased movies/music, a message pops up on my screen saying “Your Apple ID has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store” how do I fix this and enable my account again?

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
