Apple Watch Registering Exercise and Standing Inaccurately
The last two nights my watch has given me credit for up to 12 hours of standing and hundreds of minutes while its charging. What’s happening and how can I fix this?

Thanks. That worked. I had already restarted my phone a number of times which didn’t help at the time. I hadn’t realized I had software on my phone that also needed to be updated.
