What's the best solution for presenting keynote on the go using an Ipad? Or is that possible?

The Keynote applications is available for iPad. All you would have to do is transfer your presentation to your iPad and you can use your iPad as a presentation display. You could then also plug your iPad into a TV using an appropriate adapter or wirelessly display the presentation on a TV with Apple TV.
