How to transfer my items from iPhone 6 plus over to an Android phone

I recently Purchased an Iphone 6s Plus, now I am trying to transfer my data such as pictures, contacts and messages over from my ANDROID phone. But the problem is I have already setup the Iphone and created an Apple Id. How can i transfer my items over?
