Apple logo flashes red (MacBook Pro 13, 2017)

Hello. I have just unpacked totally new MacBook Pro 13 (2017) (from the box) today, updated to Mojave, performed Migration process, and after that i had red screen during logging off.

I was able to replicate it many times:

After that, while I was trying to reboot laptop, i had this kind of defect on the screen for a couple of seconds (this one - I couldn't replicate anymore):

I called apple support (I can provide incident number). It was suggested (by Apple tech specialist) that maybe it's because of User-Accounts that were created by Migration assistant. So we deleted all of the user-accounts, had created new one and tried to replicate one of the issues but we couldn't do that anymore.

But

When we went to safe-mode, we noticed that we get the same picture as I showed you in pic. no. 2 above. Just for a second, after entering password for first time.

But, if File Vault is switched off you won't see this picture, you will get this:

Apple logo flashes red for a second while you trying to go into Safe-Mode with FileVault switched off.

I want to remind you, that this is the new device from the box that was never used before (I can provide proving documents)

Local Apple Support Specialist advised me to erase and set up OS X again. I did that, but problem still occurs.

I have seen many similar post in internet regarding the same problem, but there wasn't any resolving. I also have seen few threads on discussions.apple.com. You advised to reset SMC, PRAM. Me and that people did that, but it doesn't work. There was still no final conclusion regarding this issue.

Kindly asking you to help with resolving of this, or contact me, to support me with a process of replacing this device. Because i already guess that my local Apple service will try to convince me that it's a minor, not impacting issue, not to replace device. But I understand, that it can be the beginning of the big problem, that will occur in the future.

Thanks!

iPhone Screensharing Session: While on the phone with the Apple Rep, were they able to see this? If not, enable the camera on your iPhone, open the Camera App, and screenshare this iPhone's screen wit the Apple Rep. Perhaps a firsthand view may work best? They will see what is going on from your perspective.

You said that you just purchased it? Did you buy it directly from Apple? If so, simply return it for a full refund within 14 days. There is no way that this computer should exhibit this behavior brand new out of the box; it appears you are dealing with a DOA item. If you purchased it from anyone other than Apple, their policies will apply; but, this is not acceptable so I would insist on a refund.

I'd like to, but it ain't that easy in big corporation. It took 2 weeks of letters, clarifications, justifications, explanations and approvals to be allowed to receive new device (not previously used) as a replacement of my previous MacBook Air, that started to indicate "Battery service" message after 1,5 years of usage (good quality of Apple, huh?).

Anyway, it's not the solution or explanation of the problem. But problem still exists (not only for me)
