purchase issue

I wanted to purchase some items and always it says “your payment method has been declined” while there is no problem with my payment method so I thought the wrong was with my Apple ID so I tried to purchase from another account, one item purchased successfully, when I tried the other item it says “your purchase could not be completed. For assistance, contact iTunes support” :) I don’t know what to do now
