no service//white triangle in top right corner
A white triangle with an exclamation point is in the top right hand corner of my phone. I don't have service or cellular data. Is this an easy fix? or something I will have to go to apple for?

Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Make sure your device is connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network.
- Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll see an option to update your carrier settings.
