Ipad data not working

Hi, i have been using my ipad with cellular and the sim and the data was working perfectly. I recently took out the sim and used it for something else, when i put that sim back in, it says there is no data. I have reset the network settings, switched on an off, taken out and reinserted the sim card, updated the software and finally did a factory reset but nothing worked. How can I solve this problem?
